Start your London Foodie Tour of Borough to Brixton with a caffeine hit, pastries and homemade preserves from the 32nd floor of the Shard. Enjoy the panoramic views across London while we map out your adventure.
Wander through the Borough Market where you will be able to sample the best of British cheeses, breads and doughnuts, filled with fresh vanilla custard. Sample a variety of amazing organic apples from the Chegworth Valley.
A quick tube ride away will bring you to Brixton village, a melting pot of different cultures and authentic food. This is real London – street food, shared tables and everything from Oriental to Indian, Caribbean to Italian. Walk through the Brixton arcades where street sellers tout everything from fresh fish to catchy gospel tunes! Buy an urban mixed tape, fresh plantains or watch the hairdressers expertly apply weaves to their patrons. Enjoy handmade dumplings being rolled in a tiny family owned Beijing street food eatery. Indulge in delicious Neapoli style sourdough pizza, soured for a minimum of 20 hours and finished with handmade mozzarella made daily in Somerset.
This is not a tour for the light hearted, this is the true colours, sights and flavours of cosmopolitan London!
